As an active member of the business community, JCCNC is in regular contact with other business organizations in Northern California and, where appropriate, cosponsors activities with those organizations. |

| Government Relations |
JCCNC maintains active lines of communications between its members and state and local political leaders on a wide range of issues of mutual interest. JCCNC hosts periodic receptions for those officials to familiarize them with the opinions of the JCCNC membership and to respond to any questions which those officials may have concerning the Japanese business community. |

| Research Publications |
JCCNC assists in gathering and distributing
information concerning trade and economic developments between Japan
and the United States. We also publish and distribute to all our

| Community Services |
JCCNC provides assistance to a variety of local organizations and community service groups through a series of direct donations to community groups. |

| Socials |
JCCNC sponsors several receptions each year. These special events encourage and help our members become better acquainted with one another, and to welcome new members to Northern California. We also sponsor an annual Secretaries Day Luncheon, a New Year's Party, and a JCCNC Golf Tournament. |
