半沢 光章 （Mitsuaki Hanzawa）

このたび、JCCNC（北カリフォルニア日本商工会議所）の理事に就任いたしました半沢です。日頃より、サンノゼを拠点に、不動産仲介業と自動車販売店を経営する「駐在サポートLLC」を運営しております。日系企業の駐在員およびそのご家族向けに、住まいの確保から車両の購入・リースまで、一貫したサポートを提供しております。STEVENS CREEK SUBARU、STEVENS CREEK LEXUSをはじめ、主要ディーラーの法人営業も担当し、企業向けの車両提供にも携わっています。また、大切なお車を日本へ持ち帰るための輸送手配から、入管、各検査、車検登録手続きまでのサービスもご用意しております。

これまでの経験を活かし、JCCNCの活動を通じて、当地でのビジネス環境の向上や日系コミュニティの発展に貢献できればと考えております。特に、駐在員の皆様がスムーズに新生活をスタートできるよう、住居や交通手段のサポートに関する情報提供を行ってまいります。

Andrew Kawahara

I am Andrew Kawahara, a third-generation Japanese-American and I was born in Tokyo, Japan. I am the co-founder and President of KASA PARTNERS.

KASA PARTNERS is a multi-faceted real estate development and project management company based in San Francisco. We specialize in developing and managing high-quality construction projects of lasting value for people to live, work, learn and play. KASA provides design and construction management services to top companies in the Bay Area, whether it is managing the buildout of new interior office space, developing a new ground-up building or retrofitting an existing building. We also conduct feasibility of real estate assets for acquisition.

Some of our clients include Salesforce, Autodesk, UCSF, Slanted Door Restaurant, UC Law School, SFJAZZ, and California High Speed Rail Authority.

KASA PARTNERS was formed with the vision to create high quality institutional-grade buildings and spaces in California --- and to bring over 60 years of collective experience to complete projects on time and under budget.  The Partners of KASA have built over $1.5 billion of real estate assets to date.

2023年8月にPalo Altoにオフィスを新設しました。商船三井と北カリフォルニアとの歴史は古く、当社の前進である大阪商船が1915年に神戸/横浜～San Francisco間に定期航路を開設して以来今日に至るまでBay Areaに配船を続けています。かつてはSan FranciscoとConcordにオフィスがありましたが2009年に移転した為、約15年ぶりに北カリフォルニアに戻って参りました。歴史あるJCCNCの活動に貢献すべく微力ながら尽力して参る所存です。何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。

My name is Sumiko Sheaffer - Business Banker for SMBC MANUBANK. I’m honored and

thrilled to serve on the board of JCCNC and look forward to working with all of you.

I’ve been in the banking industry for the past 30 years in SF /Bay Area with focus on serving the Japanese companies & Japanese American communities.

I have been involved with JCCNC for decades in different capacities as a member and

volunteer for committees such as annual golf tournament & NYP Shinnenkai.

I’m looking forward to contributing my experience and perspective to help JCCNC achieve its mission.
