事業内容:

We serve as a bridge between California and Japan, helping businesses evaluate and integrate cross-border opportunities. We support clients in identifying businesses for sale and partnership opportunities, conducting operational and commercial due diligence, and preparing clear evaluation reports to support informed decision-making. We assist with negotiations and, once an agreement is reached, develop structured succession and integration plans. We also design transition and training programs to prepare incoming leadership and staff, ensuring smooth operational handovers and long-term business success.

社是・企業理念など:

"Connecting Japan and California Through Strategic Business."
We believe strong international business is built on strategy, trust, and clear execution. Our mission is to connect Japan and California by providing insight, structure, and guidance that help companies make confident decisions, reduce risk, and build sustainable cross-border operations. We are committed to creating long-term value by transforming complexity into clarity and opportunity into successful outcomes.

趣味・休日の過ごし方など:

On weekends, I try to make the most of California’s weather by getting out on the water and enjoying marine sports as much as possible. I also love exploring new neighborhoods, wandering through cities, and trying new restaurants — I’m always on a personal “research mission” to understand what makes each place special (and to find the best hidden gems it has to offer). My favorite holiday is New Year’s, and for me, nothing beats being in Japan, especially Tokyo. The atmosphere, the food, time with family, and visiting shrines are incredibly grounding for me. It feels like a full system reset for my soul — far better than any vacation, and with much better food.

ベイエリアに対する印象:

The Bay Area feels like a place where the world truly comes together. People from many different countries, cultures, and backgrounds all gather here in pursuit of opportunity and a better life. I really enjoy interacting with people from such diverse perspectives, as it constantly expands my understanding of the world and reminds me how connected we all are.

カリフォルニアでトライしてみたいこと:

California offers so many experiences that are hard to find anywhere else. I recommend getting out on the water, especially on a sailboat, along the beautiful coastline and bays. Exploring different cities and neighborhoods is also a must, as each area has its own unique character and food culture. Trying local restaurants, food trucks, and farmers markets is one of the best ways to experience the real spirit of California. The mix of nature, ocean, technology, and culture makes it a place where you can always discover something new.

情熱を燃やしていること:

I love music and great sound systems — nothing compares to hearing music the way it was meant to be heard. A live concert, with all its energy and emotion, is unbeatable. One of my clients actually makes what I believe is the best sound system in the world, which has completely spoiled my ears. I’ve always wanted to learn guitar, so I finally bought one and started practicing. The first song I’m learning is “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac.

隠れた才能:

Although I was born in the U.S., I’ve spent most of my life in Japan. While my Japanese isn’t perfect, I have a deep understanding of Japanese culture, business customs, and daily life. People often joke that I’m “more Japanese than the Japanese,” which I take as a great compliment. This unique perspective allows me to naturally bridge cultural and business gaps between Japan and the U.S.
