Business description:

We are a trucking company offering drayage services to and from the Port of Oakland and throughout Northern California.

Company motto, corporate philosophy, etc.:

Our goal is to provide trucking services that are reliable, safe, environmentally friendly. We combine old school customer support with the latest modern technology to deliver superior personalized service.

Hobbies, how you spend your days off, etc.:

We usually spend weekends and holidays with our families. The entire ownership group was raised in San Francisco and we all still reside in the Bay Area.

Birthplace:

San Francisco, CA

Impressions of the Bay Area:

If you can afford it, it's the best place to live. The weather is almost always good (moderate), not too hot and not too cold. The area is very culturally diverse with food and art from various cultures from around the world.

Things to try in California:

It's great to experience SF's Japan Town and LA's Little Tokyo. Also taking a visit to the Manzanar and Tule Lake historic sites. Go to Napa Valley and experience wine tasting. See the legendary redwood trees. And, definitely, go to various locations along the coast, from SoCal beaches, Santa Cruz, Monterey Bay, Half Moon Bay, Bodega Bay and all the way up to Eureka in Humbolt County.

What you're passionate about:

My burning passion is to carry on legacies that I have had the opportunity to become a part of. Those things include my family business, Japanese American basketball programs and SF Bay Area Hip Hop Culture.

Hidden talent:

I like to grill different meats, but mostly steak.
